The following shipping options are available when you check out. Expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern on a business day will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day.

Do you accept back orders?
At this time ShoptheLook.net does not take back orders. Due to the nature of our product and the pace at which fashion moves items can suddenly be out of stock. At that point. ShoptheLook will place item on back order. At any time please feel free to contact customer service by phone or e-mail for status on when the item will return back in stock.
Do you have a catalog?
Our entire product line is online and is constantly being updated with the newest and hottest designs as discovered by our staff. We do not publish a physical catalog.
Do you charge sales tax on any item?
Sales tax will be added to orders being sent to New York or New Jersey.
