Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, the item will be removed from your order. Please note, that you will NOT be charged for any out-of-stock items. You will only be charged for items that are shipped. In the event that you were already charged, we will refund you the amount of the missing item.
Can I place an order over the phone?
At this time we are not able to accept phone orders. Please contact our customer service team for options on how to place orders offline. Our customer service team will be able to handle any questions or other service-related matters.

All orders shipped to a destination within the United States or its territories or to APO or FPO addresses are shipped at the following schedule. For all orders over $50 standard shipping charges will be waived.

How long will it be before I receive my order?
Orders within the continental United States will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days of receipt. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days to receive your order once it ships. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Can I expedite my shipping?
The following shipping options are available when you check out. Expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern on a business day will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day.

We ship to all US States and Territories. We do not ship to any other international locations at this time.

What is the status of my order?
Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of our site. From there you will be able to view information about your order.
Do you accept returns?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days of receipt of your order. All sale items are final sale and can not be returned for exchange or refund. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. We can not refund shipping charges on return items.

Do you accept back orders?
At this time ShoptheLook.net does not take back orders. Due to the nature of our product and the pace at which fashion moves items can suddenly be out of stock. At any time please feel free to contact customer service by phone or e-mail for status on when the item will return back in stock.
Do you have a catalog?
Our entire product line is online and is constantly being updated with the newest and hottest designs as discovered by our staff. We do not publish a physical catalog.
Do you charge sales tax on any item?
Sales tax will be added to orders being sent to New York or New Jersey.
